I don’t remember the email I used for registration.
Please contact us, providing your phone number and different e-mail addresses that you might have used. If you remember roughly your subscription date and your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) please mention this as well. We will try and find your subscription using this information.
I want to change my email or correct a mistake in it.
Please contact us from your old email address (the one linked to your subscription) and provide us your new address. If you do not longer have access to the old address email, contact us from the new email address and we will find a solution.
Password
I have just subscribed, but I haven’t received my password.
Some email providers apply very strict spam filters, and it is possible that the email containing your password was blocked or lost. Please check your inbox as well as your spam folder.
Check your mobile phone. You should also have recveived a text message (SMS) containing your password.
Next, ensure that your payment has been successfully processed. Depending on your payment method, additional verifications (such as 3D Secure) may be required, which could delay the activation of your subscription. You can check your bank statement or PayPal account to confirm the payment.
If the payment has been confirmed but you still haven’t received the email after requesting a password reset, please contact us for assistance.
I have my password, but I can’t log in.
Ensure that you are entering your email and password correctly. If the issue persists, try resetting your password or check if the service is temporarily unavailable.
I reset my password but didn’t receive the confirmation email.
Check your inbox and spam folder. If the email still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, try requesting a new reset or contact us to verify your email address.
I lost my password. How do I get a new one?
You can reset your password by clicking on this link and entering your new password twice.
Alternatively, follow these steps:
- Go to meteo-parapente.com.
- Open the Menu (top right corner).

If you are logged in:
- Click on your email address at the bottom of the menu.
- Select "Change password".

If you are not logged in:
- Click on "Login" in the menu.
- Select "Reset your password".

Enter your new password.
- Click on the confirmation link sent to your email.
